Trees stand for centuries. Is it any wonder wood makes the most beautiful and durable doors? After milling, every board reveals a vivid record of the events of its lifetime. Growth rings, knots, grain patterns, color and shape are all influenced by powerful natural forces in the local environment. As a result, the beauty, texture, color and grain are unique to each species—and to each board.

Our challenge is to utilize the physical attributes of a large variety of virgin and reclaimed hardwoods and softwoods to design and create handcrafted doors of enduring function and aesthetic appeal.

Contrary to our company name, we work with all common wood species, including Clear and Knotty Pine, Alder, Cedar, Fir, Oak, Maple, Birch, Mahogany, and Cherry, as well as less common species such as Russian Red Birch. And we work with all types of customers, from retail to wholesale, worldwide.
